Peltolohkot Pro – Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using Peltolohkot Pro (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Koskenkorvan Trahteeri / 11latoa Oy (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. About the App
Peltolohkot Pro is a tool for agriculture professionals in Finland to manage field-related data, including notes, photos, boundaries and other field measurements.
The App is intended for general use and is not directed at children under 13 years of age.
3. User Accounts
Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create an account, you may log in using:
- Email and password
- Apple login
- Google login
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or any applicable law, or if we reasonably believe your use of the App may cause harm to us, the App or other users.
4. User-Generated Content
The App allows you to upload and store content, including:
- Notes and text entries
- Photos
- Field-related data (such as boundaries and measurements)
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading or storing content in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process and use such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App and providing its features to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Peltolohkot Pro offers yearly auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. A two-week free trial may be offered where available.
5.1 Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (typically one year) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account.
5.2 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. We cannot manage or cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Instructions are available in:

5.3 Refunds
Any refund requests are handled directly by the respective platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their standard refund policies. We do not process subscription refunds directly.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or related systems;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where permitted by mandatory law;
- Upload or transmit any viruses, malware or other harmful code.
7. Availability and Updates
We aim to keep the App available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
We are not responsible for:
- Any downtime or unavailability of the App;
- Loss of data beyond what is required by applicable law;
- Issues caused by your device, internet connection or third-party services.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Firebase Authentication
- Google Cloud / Firebase hosting
- Google Maps SDK
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
- Any loss of profits, revenue or data;

Any loss or damage resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App,
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal data stored therein,
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
In any case, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App and its services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, in whole or in part, if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable law;
- We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority;
- Continuing to provide the App is no longer commercially or technically feasible.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by displaying a notice in the App or on our website.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
